How do I place a custom order?
You can place a custom order on our Custom Orders page. Just fill out the form with your preferred colors, fabrics, and styles, and we’ll reach out with a quote.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! We offer bulk orders for events, boutiques, or gifts. Visit our Bulk Orders page to request a custom quote.
What materials do you use?
All our products are made with high-quality satin and silk fabrics to protect hair while providing comfort and style.
How do I care for my satin products?
We recommend hand washing with cold water and mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and high heat to keep your items soft and shiny.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon!
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable, but we work with you to ensure satisfaction.
Can I add gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee. Add a note at checkout or contact us directly to request gift wrapping for your order.
